FOOTBALL IS BACK THIS WEEKEND - AND MBI LLANDUDNO NEED A WIN!

Katie Louise Bowe (red) has scored eight times in her last five matches

MBI Llandudno hope to play their first game in five weeks this Sunday when they are due to host PILCS in the Welsh Premier Women's League.
Tudno have won just once in six league outings to date and lie third bottom of the table, while their Pontypool visitors are up in fourth place with four victories in seven games.
PILCS won 4-1 at Maesdu Park last season, but Llandudno gained revenge by winning 3-1 in South Wales - possibly the club's finest result since joining the league.
A key player for Tudno will be long-range goal specialist Katie Louise Bowe, who has scored eight times in her last five matches, including two hat-tricks.
