NORTH WALES WOMEN'S FOOTBALL LEAGUE

gap Northop Hall returned to the top of the North Wales League after a thrilling win over a hard-to-beat Caernarfon side.
Caernarfon took an early lead when Heledd Evans netted from a corner, but a great strike from Laura Pennington made it one-apiece.
Pennington then scored again to make it 2-1 to the Hall at half time.
The Cofis got back on terms after the break when Danielle Jones rippled the net with a long range shot.
It was anyone's game now, but gap claimed the win in the last quarter-hour when Barbara Nordwana made it 3-2 - and that's how it ended.
A Northop Hall spokeswoman said: "It was a very tough game and Caernarfon put up a great fight."
